Screening Gaps: Understanding the Impact on Latina Health
Health disparities persist within the Latina community, with only 69% overall reporting having a primary care provider, and a significant 48% of Latino immigrants facing the same challenge. This limited engagement with medical providers contributes to lower rates of regular screenings for prevalent health issues impacting Latinas, such as diabetes, heart conditions, and breast cancer. The experts will also explore practical solutions to address barriers and bridge gaps in healthcare access between Latina patients and medical providers. Join the discussion as we spotlight best practices aimed at transforming outcomes, addressing disparities, and improving access and trust for Latina women within healthcare settings.

Bridging Disparity through Latino Economic Empowerment
Переглядів 29Місяць тому
Latinos are a rapidly growing economic force in the United States, yet stark wealth disparities persist compared to White families. While White families boast a median income of $188,200, Latino families lag significantly behind with just $36,100 in median wealth. Historically, efforts to bridge this gap focused on improving Latino financial literacy, but to truly address wealth inequality, sys...

It’s poor people in general that should be the focus across race & ethnicity-that’s how you would actually address income inequality structurally.

Kamala plays her position as Vice President perfectly. She does not overstep or try to do more than the President. However she been subjected to unrealistic expectations that no other Vice President had to deal with. Before you can be a great leader you have be a great follower. Kamala2028❤

Kamala is rather hard to take seriously. As DA she imprisoned an innocent black man. She was ultimately forced to provide the proof of his innocence that released him!!! She stands there defending “Taking it to the streets” over the RvW decision that was given to each state without ever mentioning the responsibility of protection against pregnancy. In rape or incest there should be allowances, but that can be taken and legislated per state. She speaks of removing books, yet I’d appreciate her reading the very books that board members of schools “Will Not Allow to be Read Out Loud during a meeting” She speaks of taking a Law Abiding Citizens right to bear arms away. Yet I’ve seen no evidence that any guns have been taken from criminals. Instead we hear of areas asking criminals to do their gun violence at specific hours to insure a safe space for children. Kamala was given One job and that was as “Border Czar” and she’s done NOTHING! Well I’m in Texas and can assure her our borders are wide open without any Vetting! Not even Medical vetting and incurable TB is on the rise!! During the Riots of the Summer of Love, she urged elites to fund bail for those burning federal buildings, destroying businesses, injuring police officers and those that opposed their views…..She upholds disruption and chaos when she chooses. She’s delusional at best! She doesn’t stand for anything but her self serving agenda.

Mexico, historically had the third largest slave trade. Thus, they had more black people there than you may think. Keep in mind, the General who lead the revolution was black (Vicente Guerrero). The aristocrats had him killed for trying to institute civil rights for all citizens. Being the third largest slave port and genocide of the indigenous population, it stands to reason that most Mexicans probably have some percentage of African DNA. Like Dr. Henry Gates said in is doc serious, all Latin people have a black grand mother in the closest that they don't like to acknowledge.

Johnny Sutton is the guy who oversaw and covered up the House of Death case in Mexico. His ICE informant was murdering people and he knew all about it, and let it happen 12+ times. He also got the DEA guy who blew the whistle on his little operation, Sandy Gonzalez, fired for reporting this and death threats made against DEA agents. The victim's families got no justice either. What a garbage human being.

I tried to not say STFU in this interview, but I lost it a few seconds in when I saw him "fitting in" with the sneakers. Dudes last name is Dimon, is a product of or producer of (dunno which is worse) multiple crises. And is super highly compensated in the one industry where the CEO's pay is not indicative of the companys success. Banking. Unluike lets say, Sillicon Valley, where no one really doubts that ELon Musk or Bill gates or Steve Jobs deserve what they made. No one cares what this giant "im going to charge people overdraft fees while lying to them about how banking works" wall street bankers say. The entire main interaction of banks with the consumer is either mortgages (great job there) or deposits, and if you have a monthly 10 dollar fee like my girl does. You will literally, assuming you live for eternity, owe an astronomical ammount of money, and the highest paying savings account available, even if it paid you twice as often and compounded, would not help one bit. It would be wiped out by the VERY FIRST payment, and never catch up. God forbid you have an overdraft fee, or two, or an extended fee. Then, you sir, are beyond the rescue of allllllll the resources of JP MORGAN CHASE's ability to generate yield in interest for you. LOL.

My dad said it best: "son we're still black, and while we speak Spanish and have a different culture; we're black. Yes, we come from a Latin-American country with all the traditions and cultures, we are black. That's where they get the AFRO part from, our African heritage. That African heritage embodies quite a bit of who we are as a people so!"

    - best not to answer, and to "write" about something, totally different, so the "ethical" question, in everything is so important, does "AMERICA" need something of "this", is best not to "question", but everybody, no matter who that like it or not, always have there "opinion", and what was "reason" for the "pictures" as is "deleted" by "other's" on "MY" "onedrive" "pictures", about a "Swiss" "bank", and it's "own" "Goldbar" with "logo", but if YOU don't have a lot of "contact's" arround the WORLD, it is best to support 100%, but still nobody shall "choose" for "ME", about so much, and "force" to "choose" something, and DON'T FORGIVE, TO STEEL FROM "MY" APPARTMENT, AND MORE, SO PERHAPS "I" AM EVIL AS "HELL"!!!!!!
